About Us

Hi, I Am Kevin!

Hi, I’m Kevin, owner and operator of Integrity First Property Inspections, LLC. With over 18 years of experience in construction contracts, building operations, and the inspection of diverse systems and deliverables, I bring a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to every inspection.

As an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector® (CPI) and active member of InterNACHI, I maintain current knowledge through regular continuing education in national standards and Florida’s building codes. This expertise is especially valuable in our humid, storm-prone climate, where moisture intrusion, roof performance, structural integrity, and electrical systems are critical to long-term property resilience.

My background includes graduating magna cum laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, flying commercially, serving two enlistment terms in the U.S. Air Force, and working as a Federal civilian at the U.S. Pentagon. These experiences provided extensive hands-on expertise inspecting construction projects, fire suppression systems, foundations, electrical systems, and more — skills that now translate directly to thorough residential and commercial property inspections.

Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors with my wife Amanda and our 10-pound Min Pin-Chihuahua mix, Jax. We share a passion for stand-up paddleboarding, dispersed camping, hiking, and stargazing under Florida’s clear skies.
